Is this just another diet plan?

Why saliva testing instead of standard blood tests?
Standard blood tests measure hormone levels in your bloodstream, but they don't capture the bioavailable hormones your cells actually use. Saliva testing measures the free, active hormones that matter most for how you feel and function. It's also non-invasive, can be done at home on your schedule, and provides a more accurate picture of hormone patterns throughout the day — especially cortisol rhythms that blood tests simply can't capture.
What if I'm already in menopause or post-menopause?
This work is designed specifically for women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Hormone shifts don't stop after menopause — your body is still working with a new hormonal landscape, and symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, and sleep disruption often persist. How does the 1-on-1 coaching actually work?
After your discovery call and saliva testing, we review your results together and build your personalized 6-month Lifestyle Code. You'll have regular check-ins with me — typically biweekly — where we track progress, adjust your plan as needed, and troubleshoot any challenges. You're never handed off to an app or a generic program. You work directly with me, and I'm available between sessions for questions and support. This is true 1-on-1 coaching, not a DIY course.
I've tried everything. How is this different?

Not at all. I work with clients locally in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and virtually across Canada. The saliva testing kit is mailed directly to your home, and all coaching sessions are conducted via secure video call. The 1-on-1 support is exactly the same whether you're down the street or across the country. Wherever you are, you get the same personalized, data-driven approach.
